Symptoms

When users are running the Calculate Depreciation program, the following error is occurring:


faxecf: There is an error calling function:: FADEVENT
faxecf: There is an error calling function:: FADEPR

ORA-20001: XLA-870557: A system error occurred. Contact your help desk. Details: A system error has occurred in the program xla_events_pkg.create_bulk_events, Unable to create transaction entities. There exists at least one duplicate transaction entity. Check entity_id: 12345678.
Action: Contact Oracle Support for assistance.
