Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Data Load
When attempting to load Assigned Payroll data with HSDL or AssignedPayroll.dat with HDL, with the scope to update the Final Close Date
the following error occurs.

You've supplied a date-effective record with overlapping dates. If you're supplying date-effective history, adjust the dates to provide consecutive records. If you're attempting to create multiple records, provide a unique reference for each record. (HRC-1035220)
