Goal

When the scale-in occurs, the log forwarding process using systemd is configured separately, but this results in the logs not being forwarded.
Could you please tell us the below points?

  1. When scale-in occurs, are the instances targeted for deletion processed normally to stop the Operating System (OS)?
  2. In the event of a forced shutdown, is there a procedure to implement log transfers without omissions?
  3. For AutoScale log management, is there any best practice as OracleCloud?

It has been confirmed that the logs are forwarded when the OS is stopped normally by the manual shutdown.
