OAC: Text Box Visualization Doesn't Center Align And Shows A Scroll Bar (Doc ID 2930167.1)

Goal

Using Text Box Visualization in the canvas to display titles and divide the canvas into sections.  Unable to center align the Text in the Text Box. There seems to be always a padding difference between the top and bottom.
When trying to decrease the width of the Text Box border a scroll bar appears.
