The Constraint List By Parent Field Value Is Not Working As Expected. (Doc ID 2930170.1)

Symptoms

For one Choice List (Fixed)/FCL field (Category_c), has been set up with values mappings to display the constrain list by parent field value.

When testing, the setup it's not working as expected:  the user selects the option/variable from Parent Choice List (Promotion Group) dropdown, then the FCL field (Category_c) should not display the Available Lookups, but just the Selected Lookups value.
