Error while submitting Miscellaneous transaction for approval with Electronic Signature

ERROR

JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Insert": SQL Statement "INSERT INTO EDR_RECORDS(RECORD_ID,OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER,ORGANIZATION_ID,TRANSACTION_TYPE_CODE,ROOT_TASK_ID,IDENTIFICATION_KEY,TASK_OUTCOME,ERECORD_XML,CREATED_BY,CREATION_DATE,LAST_UPDATED_BY,LAST_UPDATE_DATE,LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN) VALUES (:1,:2,:3,:4,:5,:6,:7,:8,:9,:10,:11,:12,:13)".


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory> Create miscellaneous transaction
2. select item for transaction line
3. Click on submit for Approval
4. Receive error
