Symptoms
When attempting to delete OBS Elements in the P6 Professional application, the following error occurs.

An application event code has been intercepted. Please note the event code for reference.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional application.
2. Attempt to delete an OBS Element.
3. Observe reported error.
