PRC:SQM: I Can Not Add Any Document Number For The Qualification (Doc ID 2930314.1)

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Qualifications

When attempting to add any document number for the qualification,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The combination of document type and determinant value must be unique. (PO-2055304)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the "Manage Procurement Document Numbering"
2. Add a new line
3. Document Type = Qualification
  ---- Observation: Determinant Type is Sold-to Legal Entity instead of the standard "Procurement BU".
4. There is no Determinant Value to select
5. When tries to add another line, the error pops up.

Due to this issue, users cannot add any document number for the qualification.
