Fusion Absence Management: Absence Balance Not Getting Accrued (Doc ID 2930326.1)

Symptoms

The Calculate Accruals and Balances process runs every 4 hours and even after that the accrual amount is showing 0 but the Balance Calculation Date is getting updated correctly. If the accrual amount is printed in the log it is printing the value as expected.
