Symptoms

 Journey Initiator does not see Others' Incomplete Tasks, even if in Checklist Display setting is set up to Others' Incomplete Tasks we have Initiator: show

Steps:
1. My client groups - Journeys - Explore

2. Search for checklist name - click on assign journey and assign it to person number <person_number>
3. Home - My client groups - Journeys - search for person number <person_number>

4. Open checklist assigned earlier

=>> Other's incomplete tasks are not visible
