Symptoms
Using the responsive Adjust Individual Balances(NUX) UI, when the user adjusts payroll balances with amounts containing decimal values (e.g. 123.45) an error message will be displayed when the user clicks on Calculate button under the Impacted Balances region.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll > Adjust Individual Balances
2. Select Balance
3. Click Add on Adjustment Values
5. Input a value of 123.45
6. Expand the 'Impacted Balances' region, click on Calculate
7. Error message displayed
