Fusion Global Payroll: Unable To Rollback The HCM Extract (Doc ID 2930434.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to rollback the HCM Extract nothing is happening, the extract is not rolled back.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to roll back the HCM Extract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the My Client Groups > Data Exchange > View Extract Results.
2. Click on the HCM Extract Name.
3. Click on Rollback.
4. Observe that nothing happened.
