Error: 'Send Data to Primavera Cloud Is Not successful...' When Attempting to Send Cash Flow Data From Unifier to Primavera Cloud

Symptoms
When attempting to send Baseline, Forecast, and Spends Curve data to Primavera Cloud, the integration fails with the following error:
ERROR

"Send data to Primavera Cloud is not successful as either the access token generated is no longer valid or the Primavera Cloud environment is down".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to the desired project.
- Open the Cash Flow Sheet.
- Select Actions -> Send Data to Primavera Cloud -> Yes
- Select Actions -> Integration History Details.
- Note that the most recent action taken is "FAILED".
- Click 'Open' to see the full error message.

- The Primavera Cloud Integration has been configured successfully in Company Workspace -> Integrations -> Primavera Cloud.
- The Primavera Cloud Integration has been configured successfully in the Unifier Project's Detail Form -> Primavera Cloud Integration Tab.
