Symptoms
Problem Description:
Getting error: "Couldn't update Business Configurations" when clicking
'Confirm' button , even without making any changes
Expected Behavior :
Expect not to get any error if user does not make any changes.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Administration -> Business Configurations
2. Click Edit button
3. Click 'Pencil' icon for any type, e.g. Pricelist Type
4. Do NOT make any changes, just click Update
5. Click 'Confirm'
6. Get error: "Couldn't update Business Configurations"
"Contact your Help Desk"

This is a new feature introduced in 23A: You can now configure and manage the common business configurations
required across the DX4C ecosystem centrally via Launch UI.
