ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System should allow us to add the internal responder

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

page should not freeze

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Opens initiative and scrolls down on overview page
2. Select qualifications tab below additional information
3. Under suppliers section click on Internal Responder plus sign to add internal responder and the page freezes.
