On : Unifier Mobile / iOS App, Android
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
iOS and android 5 minute delay for record auto creation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Add Business Process
- Click Service Requests
- Click + to create a new service request record
- Fill out the 3 required fields and Submit
- User receives "SVRQ-####### has been created successfully"
- Mobile log updates with new service request record
- Web version log will update with new service request record
- Go to Company Workspace > Work Order Requests
- Expected Result: A new record should have autocreated with same information from service request and be in Status of Pending_Triage within a short period of time
- Actual Result: Record will not be created for roughly 5 minutes.
