Unifier User With Full Access Is Unable To Edit the Schedule For Reports Not Owned By Them (Doc ID 2930878.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unifier user with Full Access is unable to edit the Schedule Tab, or enable the scheduling, for a Company level User-Defined Report (UDR).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into environment as the user with Full Access and Company level permission
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Reports > User Defined Reports
  3. Edit the report in question and click on the Schedule tab
  4. Attempt to edit the Schedule Tab, or enable the scheduling, for the UDR
  5. The Schedule tab flashes (for lack of a better phrase) with the ability to Edit it but then goes to the print screen
