ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

HRHD list view not in sync with request data

HRHD List view is not updating to reflect ticket status. e.g. tickets resolved yesterday morning that are still showing in New status in List page and in their work queues. This happens intermittently to a few users

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Status and other field values should match on record detail and on List page for HRHD requests
