Goal
Q1) When a load balancer from Kubernetes, automatically security rule 0.0.0.0/0 on 80 and 443 are added. Is there an annotation to prevent these rules from being added?
Q2) If we don't use NSG but want to manage the security rules manually it's ok to add service.beta.kubernetes.io/oci-load-balancer-security-list-management-mode: "None"?
