Error 'PRM-000000041' When Importing MSP XML File To OPC (Doc ID 2931165.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import MSP XML file to OPC, error ‘PRM-000000041’ shows up.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Navigate to View All projects.
  3. Click actions->Import/Export Microsoft Project...
  4. Under Import Tab, select the MSP xml file.
  5. Click Import.
