Symptoms

Some users are unable to log into Planning via Smart View, they are able to log into the web application though, only via Firefox web browser.

Connection to Shared Service Provider failed.
Error message: "The provide running at https://xxxxxxxxxx.oraclecloud.com/workspace/SmartViewProviders is not a shared services provider"

The Smart View login page never comes up, the excel stops responding and the user gets the error message to check the URL. It is the correct URL as other users can connect via the same URL.
