On : version, Global Human Resources

When a new pending worker wants to enter their own address under 'Contact Info', they receive this error message:
'The national identifier marked as primary doesn't exist. (PER-1532560)'


'The national identifier marked as primary doesn't exist. (PER-1532560)'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Me -> Personal Information
2. Contact Info
3. Fill in Address field - Error is thrown
