How to Alternate Downloads and Uploads when Performing 'cec transfer-content' Using the OCM Toolkit (Doc ID 2931286.1)

Purpose

When using the OCM Tooklit to transfer content from one OCM server to another (e.g. cec transfer-content), the default method is to batch and perform all batch downloads first, then perform the batch uploads.  

In certain cases, you may wish to alternate the downloads and uploads, which is particularly useful when trying to troubleshoot issues.  This is perfectly acceptable, however you will need to modify the existing bat files.

 This applies to OCM Toolkit 23.1.1 and OCM 23.1.1 and higher.
