Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Absence entitlement generated incorrectly for types tagged with multiple plans resulting in over-payment to employees.

On running Payroll for (calendar year 2022 example) 23/11 - 7/12 period, the employee gets paid correctly: 5 Vacation + 3 hours (h) Vacation Extra Carryover for 07-Dec.
For Payroll 08/12 - 23/12, person has 24h for Vacation Carryover (it should be 0) and another 8 h x 2 for Vacation entitlement (expected value) for 08-Dec & 09-Dec.

First period (Period 25 2022 Biweekly 23/11 - 7/12, Process date 16/12/22, Date Earned 07/12/22):
Vacation Extra Carryover Entitlement Earnings Results : 3 Hours Amount: 85.14
Vacation Entitlement Earnings Results : 5 Hours Amount: 141.91
So, on running payroll for 23/11 to 7/12 period the employee gets paid correctly for 8 hours on 7/12 and balance also gets deducted from both the plans as expected

Second period where employee got overpaid (Period 26 2022 Biweekly 08/12 - 23/12, Process date 30/12/22, Date Earned 21/12/22):
Vacation Extra Carryover Entitlement Earnings Results : 24 Hours (This is the unexpected entry value/ should not exist at all Amount: 681.5)
Note: Absence Reported for 3 days (24 hours) across pay period which deduct hours from 2 plans (Pay periods are 23/11 to 7/12 and 08/12 - 23/12)
Vacation Entitlement Earnings Results : 8 Hours Amount: 227.05
Vacation Entitlement Earnings Results : 8 Hours Amount: 227.05
So, on running Payroll for 08/12 - 23/12 period the employee gets paid remaining 16 hours from the correct plan, but again gets paid 24 hours extra from the other plan for which the balance is already consumed. It is resulting in over-payment to employees.

The absence duration is deducted as follows:
12/07/2022 - 3 hours from 'Vacation Extra Carryover' plan
12/07/2022 - 5 hours from 'Vacation' plan
12/08/2022 - 8 hours from 'Vacation' plan
12/09/2022 - 8 hours from 'Vacation' plan

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In this pay Period 26 2022 Biweekly 08/12 - 23/12, the employee should be paid only for remaining 16 hours from 08-Dec & 09-Dec.

STEPS
 -----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run employee QuickPay for Period 25 2022 Biweekly 23/11 - 7/12 & Period 26 2022 Biweekly 08/12 - 23/12.
2. Observed that on Period 26, the employee gets paid an additional 24 hours from the other plan.

Observation: From Absence perspective, the absence is splitted and deducted correctly, according to the absence setup. The absence pay factor in absence tables seems correct.
