Goal

Wanted to understand how appeasement would be handled in ReSA before the order is completed. How we should intimate the system that the particular customer order is not yet shipped and appeasement is given on that order.

Before shipment of the customer order- the liability should be reduced and after shipment it should be treated as reduction in the sale amount. also in RMS it should be impacted. Also wanted to know how the COGS value will be impacted
