How to Get Details for Why an External Table Load Has Failed (Doc ID 2931646.1)

Goal

While trying to get the details for why an external table load has failed, the logs shows this:

2023-02-21T14:06:49,776 [pool-13-thread-504] ERROR AbstractJobExecutor - Status check shows failed job, due to [ORA-20003: Reject limit reached, query table "RADM01"."COPY$10424_LOG" for error details

The Ops Guide says to run SQL but this is the result:

select * from table (ri_support_util.get_file_load_result('LOG', '10424'));

ORA-20001: Error occurred in RI_SUPPORT_UTIL.ri_support_util
