Division Price Item Chars Are Not Reflecting Correctly On PriceItem UI

Symptoms
Division Price item chars are not reflecting correctly on PriceItem UI.
For Some of the price item , 'GL Account string' is Division level Price Item char.
1. When we updated these GL strings in Division UI (Price Item Char tab) ,they are not reflecting in Price Item UI.
2. In Price Item UI ,Edit mode , none of the division level price item char value is displayed.
We expect that User should able to view ,edit Division level price item chars from price item UI.
STEPS
------------------
1. Add the price item characteristics through division screen.
2. Check the added price item characteristics from price item UI i.e. View the characteristics on price UI screen that were added from division screen.
3. Try to add new characteristics from price item UI.
