Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Journals and Intercompany
When trying to post a journal batch, following error is encountered in the posting log

PERF0005: Oracle error detected in function glpciba - ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to General Accounting > Journals > Manage Journals
2. query journal batch in issue and post
3. check the error in the log

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the period closure.
