Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to run submit a Payroll Process Flow using the Fusion HCM SOAP Flow Action Service with involving the Payroll Process Flow and includes the HDL transformation formula to load HDL files, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Request processing resulted in error with the below message.
Error:Process has one or more logical errors
The request has completed and is in a terminal state.
The job request failed due to Business error.
Business error during request processing
STACK TRACE: oracle.as.scheduler.ExecutionBizErrorException: The incoming file has a line with more that 1000 characters

1. Submit the process
2. Process errors out at the HDL load portion
