ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When Document of Records quick action is clicked, a blank page is displayed and some times JBO-27122 SQL error during statement preparation error message is shown
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Document of Records page should open without any issues
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as any user go to Me>Document of Records quick action, a blank page is displayed
2. Login as HR and go to My Client Groups>Document of Records>Search for Employee>JBO-27122 SQL error during statement preparation error message is shown
