REST API failed with 404 when called from non-Akamai/custom CDN (Doc ID 2931933.1)

OCM Site is configured with non-Akamai or Custom CDN.

Images in the OCM site are loading properly with "https://{ocm-instance}.ocecdn.oraclecloud.com/site/{site_name}" URL.

But with Vanity URL(https://www.example.com), images are not loading. REST calls are failed with 404 error.
