Merch And Org Hierarchy Labels Not Reflected In UI After Update In DYNAMIC_HIER_TOKEN_MAP

Symptoms
The customer updated their DYNAMIC_HIER_TOKEN_MAP to change the following:
Class -> Category
Sub-Class -> Sub-Category
After restarting the server the changes have been picked up on all areas for Class but the Subclass label is not reflecting in the following 2 locations:
Tasks -> Replenishment -> Create Replenishment Attributes
Tasks -> Finance -> transaction data
The new sub-category label is showing correctly in other areas.
