FCCS Rule Variables Not Cloned In Target Environment (Doc ID 2932119.1)

Symptoms

After performing a Clone (Tools->Clone Environment) from source to target environment, the ODR rules are missing values that are present in the source for the variables in the same rules of the target environment. This is noticed only after using the clone to the target feature.
