AFCS SSO SAML Login issue

Symptoms
Not able to login AFCS application
The error shown is 'There is a problem with your account, please contact support'
SSO is working good.
Steps followed:
a. Created Identity Provider for Domain
i. Entered Metadata Manually
ii. Provided URI info
iii. SSO service URL
iv. Uploaded the Certificate
1. Enabled global logout
v. Identity provider logout request URL
1. https://xxxxxxxxxxxxx/logout.html
vi. Logout binding
1. Redirect
2. Test connection - Tested the Connection and it failed
a. SSO Login seems to be working
b. After Entering SSO credentials Oracle Login is giving Error
3. Updated IdP policy and added App (just to move ahead and check further)
