ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For the Import Management, Geography object, the Import Mode includes options 'Update and create records', 'Create records', and 'Delete records'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In 23A and before, only the 'Create records' option is expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Tools > Import Management
3. Click Create Import Activity
   Set Name = Geography
   Set Object = Geography
   File Name: Click on the Choose File button and select the file
   Under Advanced Options, set Import Mode; options are available for 'Update and create records', 'Create records', and 'Delete records'.
