How to Set Up Federated SSO for OTM on GEN2 (Doc ID 2932400.1)

Goal

OTM has begun to transition from our legacy infrastructure OPC (Oracle Public Cloud) which leverages Traditional Cloud Accounts for My Services on SIM ( Shared Identity Manager ) to our new infrastructure OCI ( Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ) which leverages IDCS ( Identity Cloud Services ). The aim of this document is to demonstrate the steps needed to setup a new federation for the newly transitioned OTM services prior to a migration cutover event.
