Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

--------------------

When a contract is amended and new version of contract created the creation_Date and last_update_date in OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B shows the time stamp as 00:00:00 on the new version 'Active' contract and the previous version of the contract which becomes 'Amended' status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

--------------------

Contract created the creation_Date and last_update_date in OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B shows the time stamp correctly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

----------------------

1. Create a contract in UI and approve it to 'Activate' the contract. Make a note of the creation date and last update date in OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B it has the time stamp
2. Amend the contract and create a new version of the contract.
3. The old version gets in to Amendment status and a new version of the contract gets created in the 'Drat' status.
4. Check the time stamp of the newly created contracts creation date and last update date. Also the contract that gets into amendment status also looses its original time stamp and become 00:00:00 for creation date and last_update_date in okc_k_headers_all_b table
