Filter On Price Type On Ticket List Screen Is Not Working

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user selects Price Type 'Permanent' on the search criteria within the Ticket List screen, the search returns clearances as well.
The search should only return Permanent price types.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Ticket List screen
2. Filter by Price Type 'Permanent'
