Fusion HDL: Volunteering Projects Loaded Via HDL Are Not Visible For Employees (Doc ID 2932637.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Volunteering Projects loaded using HCM Data Loader (HDL) are not visible for employees under Me -> Volunteering -> Projects

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Volunteering Projects loaded using HCM Data Loader (HDL) should be visible under Me -> Volunteering -> Projects in order for employee to be able to "Volunteer" for it.

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Load the Volunteering Projects through HDL file VolunteeringProject.dat
2. Go with an admin user to My Client Groups -> Volunteering -> Projects and approve the Project
3. Go to Me -> Volunteering -> Projects and search for the project. This is not visible
