Goal
SIOCS: EICS Inventory Adjustment - user Unable to Adjust the UOM
User attempt to complete the Inventory Adjustment using EICS and unable to amend the UOM for the Item. Currently, EICS defaults to 'CASES' - however it does not allow the user to adjust the UOM from CASES to UNITS. Can you please advise whether EICS has the compatibility for the user to adjust the UOM?
Steps to recreate:
------------------------
1. Select Inventory Management
2. Select Inventory Adjustment
3. Select Create
4. Select Default Reason from dropdown
5. Select + to Add Item
6. Scan/enter Item, enter
7. Key Qty
8. Select Apply
9. Adjust the UOM >>> Unable to adjust.
