Bidder Form Is Blank and No Details or Form Fields Are Being Displayed After Unifier Upgrade (Doc ID 2932701.1)

Symptoms

A bidder has been invited to participate in a bid process. The bid invitation email is received with the invitation link, but when viewing the Bidder Quote record, the bidder form is completely blank. There are no data elements or form formatting displayed. This was working prior to the production 23.1 upgrade.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the bidder opens the bid record the form should be displayed and allow them to enter the required information.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell where the issue has been reported > User Mode > Bidder Request BP > Create and submit bid invitation.
  3. There is a correct Due Date displayed, and there were multiple Invitations sent as expected.
  4. The bidder receives the bid invitation email, is able to log into the link to access the bidder portal, but when opening the Bidder Quote the upper form is completely blank, no formatting, no fields displayed, bidder cannot enter data.
