How to Resolve Failed Job in POM and In Progress in C_LOAD_DATES? RA_BATCHEND_VALIDATION_JOB Failure. (Doc ID 2932802.1)

Goal

Job SI_W_RTL_ITEM_GRP1_DS_JOB has failed in POM though it shows as in progress in C_LOAD_DATES. Due to being in progress in C_LOAD_DATES the failed job cannot be restarted. How can this be resolved.

For example, the logs show the following
