¿Por qué el bucket ha perdido el atributo 'Usar como área de capacidad'? (Doc ID 2932846.1)

Goal

 I have configured the bucket 'Region A' as a Capacity Area. After I moved 'Region B' to under 'Region A', I noticed that 'Region A' lost the Capacity Area attribute and now displays the message "Please select a Capacity Area" in the Quota configuration screen. I am no longer able to set 'Region A' as Capacity Area:

Configuré el recurso "Región A" como área de capacidad. Después de mover el recurso 'Región B' debajo de 'Región A', el recurso 'Región A' perdió el atributo "Usar como área de capacidad" y se muestra el mensaje 'Seleccione un Área de Capacidad' en la pantalla de configuración de cuota.
