ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While uploading file into object storage using REST API, it uploads only 0kb file into the object storage

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Put operation should create objects with correct size files.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke PutObject Object storage REST API from OIC
