Inconsistent Behavior Observed While Opening View and Action Forms with Image Picker Data Element (Doc ID 2932889.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Users are not able to drag and drop or upload image files or photos to the Image Picker Data Element field on a Business Process (BP) record's Action Form.

While on the View Form, the section with the Image Picker Data Elements displays truncated.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Users should be able to drag and drop and upload image files and photos to the Image Picker field on a BP record when needed.

View Forms with Image Pickers should display accurately all the information as expected.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to 'PROJ_XYZ' > 'Business Process_ABC' (this BP has Image Picker Data Elements on the Action and View Forms) > open a new record.
  3. Under the specific section with Image Pickers, attempt to drag and drop or upload an image file or a photo and observe that the user is not able to drag and drop or upload any image file or photo onto the Image Picker fields within the record.
  4. Alternatively, while reviewing a View Form, notice that the same section with the Image Picker fields displays truncated.
