Incorrect Transaction Id Has Been Generated In RTLOG. (Doc ID 2932937.1)

Customer created a SALE transaction from xstore and they have seen that RT logs has transaction id as 3010016540 whereas EICS DB shows 16540 only as transaction id for Sale created from xstore.

Can you please explain why there is discrepancy as it is creating issues when audit done in ReSA reaches EICS (SIOCS) with different ID (3010016540 ) as original transaction (16540 ) is not get nullified because of different transaction id in RT logs ?
