Create an Award Funding Pattern for 2 awards. One award award that ends on 2/4/23 and a second award that end on 9/30/26. Create an Expenditure dated 2/6/23, which is after the first award has expired. The Award distribution still distributes to the award that has already expired and did not automatically adjust the funding to the100% on the second award.
Why?

This is incorrect (based on the demo that was published) – Why is the system distributing to
the State Award when it does not fall within the start and end dates of the Award?
