Symptoms

Trying to Export Extract Customization in BI Cloud Connector Console results in an Error

Steps :

  1. Login to Fusion BICC using the URL : https://<HOST>/biacm
  2. Click on the "Manage Offerings and Data Stores" icon
  3. Click on "Export Customization" link
  4. Select "Jobs" and "Job Schedules" check boxes
  5. Click on "OK" and you will see a popup with the error "org/codehaus/jackson/map/ObjectMapper"
