Symptoms
On : 19.2 version, Operations & Maintenance
When attempting to create order
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"No pack and unit of measure information exists for this item, supplier, and country of sourcing"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the PO Induction template
2. Enrich the template (Pack Item Ordering)
3. Upload the template
4. System shows the error message "No pack and unit of measure information exists for this item, supplier, and country of sourcing"
5. For the same supplier item combination create via UI it shows the same error message
