Error During RAP: An unexpected error has occurred (Doc ID 2933128.1)

Symptoms

When checking if Reverse Auto Population (RAP) completed successfully, notice the Failure message

ERROR

Error Code: 'XXXX-XXXXXXXXX-RAP. An unexpected error has occurred. Contact your System Administrator referencing the error code.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Application
  2. Navigate to affected project
  3. Select the affected Business Process (BP)
  4. Open a record Audit log and it will show that RAP error.
